SAM works with other Environmental Non-Government Organizations (ENGOs) across Newfoundland and Labrador, whether its as partners through the Eastern Habitat Joint Venture (EHJV), or through its member municipalities.

These organizations focus on a variety of issues and concerns, such as: climate change and environmental education, protected areas, food security, community sustainability, wildlife habitat conservation, watershed planning, air quality, species at risk, waste management, and more.
